FRACTIONAL HR LEADERSHIP

We step into the role of senior People & Culture leader on a part-time basis, accountable to your business goals and embedded in your team's rhythms.

Engagements include leadership coverage during transitions or executive searches, leave coverage at the executive or HRBP level, post-departure interim support, and surge capacity during periods of significant change, growth, or strategic transition.

The structure flexes to the company — typically 10 to 20 hours per week over 4 to 9 months.

TALENT STRATEGY

We assess the current state of your talent strategy and the systems and People functions that support it, then partner with your team to design or strengthen what's needed.

Engagements include performance management design and rollout, talent review and succession planning, workforce planning, total rewards philosophy and infrastructure, change management for organizational shifts, and helping leadership teams build the talent strategy to support their business strategy.

Engagements typically run as scoped projects of 6 to 12 weeks, with the option for follow-on support after rollout.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

We build management training and leadership development programs for the people who have the most direct impact on employee experience: your managers and senior leaders.

Manager and senior leader development programs are designed for the topics that matter most at your company's stage — typically difficult conversations, performance management, feedback, delegation, leading through change, building trust, and managing under-performance. Programs can be delivered directly or built as train-the-trainer engagements.

To support senior leadership teams, we offer individualized executive coaching and team coaching engagements that combine one-on-one work with group facilitation.
